Highest and Lowest Point of My Life

So it was, around mid-March 2014, my then-BP teacher asked me to fill out the online form of SNMPTN. Gw udah memutuskan sejak Desember, I think, untuk memilih HI Unpad, Kimia Unpad, dan Ilmu Pend. Kimia UPI.  Kalo bilang bahwa pada saat itu Gue percaya diri, it’s a  big understatement, I’m too caught up on my own hype, that I barely pray, I don’t care about other university, particularly the private ones. And it all comes back and bit me in the ass.
Saat pengumuman snmptn, gue lagi sedikir pilek, and ketika gue tau bahwa gue gagal. Man, it sucks, it really is. Sangat hebat bukan kalau suatu kegagalan can brought you down so fast you haven’t even finished to blink? Gue jatuh sakit hampir seminggu, felt bad for my family for my friend, and seeing one of my friend accepted to my dream course (HI Unpad) was really the straw that broke the camel’s back. It was the lowest point of my life, and I said never again.
Fast forward to July 17th, it was the day that I found out that I have been accepted to UPI, and at that moment I felt relieved and happy of course. I saw how proud my siblings and my parents are, and by God it’s the best feeling in the world when you can make your family proud, it really is. It’s the highest point of my life, and you know what I said? Long it may last. So say we all J
So, I guess the moral story (if you came here for one), is to never overestimate and/or underestimate yourself. Know your limit and exploit it. Also, don’t forget to pray, that’s the only variable that can help us after we’ve done trying.  Tuhan akan selalu mengabulkan doa hambanya yang sholeh. Good things come those who wait J

Shout out to the people who always there to cheer me up when: My Parents, My bro and sis @indrapei @erikafebb, and my faithful friends @irwanrhmn @azkawidi @evizn @thaliamau @kariramdhanim @rizaldhyb @rijalhardianto @aldwin95 @timbularianto @wulanintanh THANKS GUYS!!
